测试领域新技术的发展及应用

Advances and applications of new test technologies

随着测试需求的提高,在测试领域中新的技术得到了快速的发展,追踪研究这些新技术,对于我国研制新的先进测试系统具有一定的借鉴作用。本文首先详细介绍了近年来在测试领域中出现的新技术,包括测试仪器及先进的测试总线技术,自动化测试及综合测试技术,故障诊断及综合保障技术的发展状况及其应用。着重介绍了合成仪器技术,LXI总线技术,柔性测试技术和智能测试诊断技术。最后指出测试新技术为我国测试领域的发展带来了机遇和挑战。

With the increasing of the testing requirement, the new technology in testing domain has got fast developing. Following and studying these new technologies has some reference effect for developing new advanced test system. The paper introduces the advances and applications of the new technologies that appear in the testing domain in recent years firstly, including test instrument ＆ advanced test bus technique, the automatic test ＆synthetical testing technique and fault diagnosis ＆ integrated support technique, focusing on the synthetic instrument technology, LXI technology, flexible testing technique and intelligent diagnosis test technology. At last it is concluded that the new test technologies bring opportunity and challenge to the development of testing domain.
