中医要发展 必须过三关

Three Key Factors Affecting Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine

半个世纪以来,制约中医发展的根源可以概括为三大难关。第一是近代科学主义。它主张用西医的观念与方法解释、改造中医,将中医推上了一条"不可能被西化的西化"歧途。第二是近代哲学贫困。它使中医学与自身的方法论相分离,导致中医没有厘清自己的科学定位,未能向这个时代正确地回答"中医我是谁"、"我是怎么来的"。第三是非典型性文化专制。它是一种"操好心、办坏事"的文化专制现象,将近代科学主义和近代哲学贫困的错误,从计划经济时期的管理体制上牢牢地固定了下来。摆脱制约中医发展的三大难关,必须以中医的科学定位为突被口。并在此基础上,牢固地确立起中医的科学发展观。中医的科学定位厘清之日,就是中医复兴和人类医学革命来临之时;也是果断终止"西化"中医歧途,全面改革中医科研与教育,彻底改善中医医疗与管理之时。

For decades, there have existed three factors harassing the development of Chinese medicine （CM）. First one is modern scientism. It applies reductionism, which is typically the argument and methodology of modem physics and chemistry, as only credo and criterion for evaluation of academia and development of CM. It leads to a wrong direction for research, clinic, education and management of CM and makes it slip into a westernized way. Second factor is poorness in philosophy. On one hand, Chinese traditional philosophy, on which CM depends on its existence, was put a- way. On the other hand, modern philosophy confronts also the impact of morden scientism. It results in disability of self - awareness and astray orientation of modern CM. And up to now, it is unable to decide which is right. Third factor is cultural despotism. Affected by official - cored action, westernization （ so - called ＂integration of traditional and western medicine＂ ） was provisioned as the direction and way for the development of CM. It has prevented CM from development for more than 60 years. Based on the concept that each and every man is academically equal, we should make efforts in clear comprehension of what is CM and how it originates. It is the demand for development of CM.
