Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Academic Science and Technology Journal Quality Based on Effect Factors

基于稿源质量、审稿质量、编辑质量及出版质量4个影响要素对科技学术期刊质量的影响,建立一套科技学术期刊质量评价指标体系,构建基于模糊综合评价方法的科技学术期刊质量评价模型,通过一个案例证明模糊综合评价方法在评价科技学术期刊质量的可行性与有效性,提出提高科技学术期刊质量的策略。

The paper conducts a research on science and technology academic journal quality from a view of four effective elements, i.e. manuscript resource quality, manuscript checking quality, edit quality and typesetting and printing quality, in which an evaluation index system of science and technology academic journal quality is established. An evaluation model of science and technology academic journal quality is constructed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A case is pulled to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the methodology from the empirical perspective. In the end, the strategies are proposed to enhance science and technology academic journal quality.
