集群企业集体学习机制及运行研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于其地域性和网络性,产业集群有利于集体学习。集群企业的集体学习建立在共同的文化基础、语言背景、知识结构及互为信任的基础之上;集体学习的途径有人员流动、与上下游的交往、企业衍生和非正式交往。集体学习有集群内的沟通与协作,以及集群的结构化行为两种类型,后者是集体学习的核心。为保证集群的活力和整个集群的良性动态发展,要注重集群外学习,形成知识的外部引进和内部扩散态势,这需要有一定规制保障。
