摘要
研究了功能化离子液体3-N,N,N-三甲铵基丙磺酸硫酸氢铵盐([TMPS]·[HSO_4])催化柠檬酸和正丁醇反应合成柠檬酸三丁酯的新工艺。结果表明,[TMPS]·[HSO_4]具有很高的催化活性,在n(柠檬酸):n (正丁醇)=1:3.5,125~130℃,反应时间3.0 h条件下,酯化率可达99%。反应结束后产物与催化体系分层,使得分离过程简化。离子液体可以循环使用9次,催化活性无明显变化。
Catalytic synthesis of tri-butyl citrate from citric acid and 1-butanol in task-specific ionic liquid [TMPS] · [HSO4] was explored. With 1 : 3.5 ratio of citric acid and 1-butanol in [TMPS] · [HSO4], reaction time 3.0 h and reaction temperature 125 -130℃, the esterification yield was up to 99 %. The product was immiscible with the catalyst and could be separated simply by decantation after the reaction. As an environmentally benign catalyst, [TMPS] · [-HSO4] can be reused for nine times without noticeable lowering of activity.
