The Energy Consumption Analysis of the HVAC in Public Territory

提高中央空调的能量利用效率是建筑物节能的一个重要因素,能量利用效率的量化是中央空调评价体系的关键。本文通过提出能量利用效率的定义和计算方法,通过实际项目数据,对中央空调系统的利用效率进行分析,可以看出目前的公共区域空调能量利用效率很低,存在着很大的节能空间。能量利用效率可以为系统改进提供一定的指导。

Increasing the energy utilization efficiency of HVAC is one of the most important ways of building energy conservation. The key issues of HVAC assessment system is the quantification of the energy utilization efficiency. In this paper, the definition of energy utilization efficiency had been given. According to analyze the HVAC control system in public territory with real data, we can see that the HVAC system is inefficient and have larger energy efficient space. The energy utilization efficiency has application in system improvement.
