摘要
对耐火材料工业的现状及面临的困难,耐火材料与陶瓷材料之间的关系进行了分析,并客观地评价了关于耐火材料发展的各种观点。初步研究结果表明,以普通矿物为原料,采用陶瓷粉体成型工艺和湿化学方法形成化学—陶瓷结合,能制造出结构均匀致密,性能优异的耐火制品,为耐火材料的发展提供了一种可能途径。
The present status and difficulties of refractory industry and the relationship
between refractory and ceramie have been analyzed, also the views on refractories development way have been eveluated objectively. The preliminary research results have demonstrated that the refractory products with uniform and dense structure and good performance can be manufacturecl by use of ordinary minerals as starting materials, adopting ceramie powder shaping process and wet chemical method to form chemical-ceramic bonding. This technology has provided a probable way for developing refractories.
