介绍了TiAl基合金汽车发动机阀门的开发背景和生产工艺,认为通过开发金属永久模浇注+压力铸造工艺,以及开发相应的处理、加工和组装工艺,可以使TiAl基合金汽车阀门以低成本大批量生产并实现工业化应用。
The development background and process technology of TiAl automotive en-
gine valves are clescribed. It is realized that the TiAl automotive engine valves can be mass pro-duced and industrialized by developing permanent metal mold with pressure casting and modifying the related treatment, processing and assembly methods.
