摘要
介绍一种基于随机Hough变换识别PCB布线对象圆形PAD的方法,并对识别的结果进一步采用相似性度量和四方向跳变算法判别和确认,算法在VisualC++2005软件开发平台上编程实现并比较识别效果。实验表明该方法有效提高了随机Hough变换算法在几何识别应用中的识别效率,为PCB初检和成品检测工作奠定了良好基础。
This paper introduces a method to detect round PAD of PCB distribution based on randomized hough transform(RHT), then distinguish and affirm the results with comparability measurement and 4-direction jump algorithms, on the Visual C++ 2005 software development platform, the algorithm were completed and compared with it. The results indicated that the mehtod improves the accuracy, which the application of RHT in detecting geometric objects. This work would lay the foundation for PCB initial screening and product detecting.
