摘要
介绍石油产品闭口杯法闪点测定仪的工作原理及基于ATmega128的石油产品闪点测定仪的研制与开发。对系统构成、硬件组成作了说明,并阐述了温度检测电路和液晶接口电路设计及软件设计。样机参照GB261-1983对样品进行测定,试验结果表明:样机测定准确、性能稳定,满足石油产品的试验要求。
This paper introduces the work principle of the instrument based on petroleum productsdetermination of flash point-closed cup method, the development and design of a new instrument are introduced. The compositions of system and the structure of hardware are introduced, the design of detect circuit for temperature, of LCD interface circuit, and the design of software are described in detail. Based on GB 261-1983, the test of the prototype shows that the instrument meets the request of the determination with steady performance and exact result.
