Research of Calculation Programe for Heat Pipe Exchanger Based on VB

基于VB程序语言,研发一套简单实用的热管换热器传热计算系统程序。利用VB技术中简便的对话框生成手段及其良好的菜单定制功能,将繁杂的热管换热器的传热工艺计算过程转换到直观简便的界面的对话框中。相关热力学工况参数,通过趋势函数的程序化,进一步提高设计效率。通过具体工程实例,验证了VB技术在热管传热计算中的应用,结果表明程序能方便、准确计算热管换热器的结构参数,对热管换热器的工艺设计具有重要意义,并且有良好的应用前景。

The method of thermal calculation in the heat pipe exchanger design based on Visual Basic （VB） technique was introduced. With the help of the menu customization technique and the dialogue box technique of VB, the complex thermal calculation can be completed simply. Illustrated by an engineering example, it has proved that the method can figure out various parameters and analyze their effects on heat pipe exchanger quickly and accurately. It has certain significance of the process calculation in the heat pipe exchanger and a good prospect.
