自拟青城散剂在汶川地震灾区治疗儿童过敏性皮炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of self-made prescription Qingchengsanon sensitization dermatitis in children at earthquake distress area in Wenchuan

目的观察自拟方青城散剂在四川汶川地震灾区儿童过敏性皮炎治疗中的疗效。方法将578例过敏性皮炎患儿随机分为治疗组368例，对照组210例。治疗组给予自拟青城散糊剂外用，对照组给予皮炎平乳膏外用，2次／d，1～2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率94．8％，对照组总有效率83．3％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。2组患儿治疗前后瘙痒程度及皮疹面积评分比较均有显著性差异（P均〈0．01），治疗组瘙痒程度及皮疹面积评分较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论自拟青城散剂在地震灾区儿童过敏性皮炎治疗中有很好的疗效。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of self-made prescription Qingehengsan on sensitization dermatitis in children at earthquake distress area in Wenchuan of Sichuan. Methods 578 cases of sensitization dermatitis in children were randomly divided into treatment group in which there were 368 cases and control group in which there were 210 cases. Treatment group was treated with self-made prescription Qingchengsan for external application and control group was treated with Compound Dexamethasone Ointment for external application. The therapies in the two groups were both twice a day and the treatment courses were both one to two weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.8 % and that in control group was 83.3 %, and there was significant difference in the two groups （P〈~ 0.05）. There was significant difference on the scores of itching degree and skin rash area in the two groups before and after treatment （both P 〈; 0.05 ）. The improvement on the scores of itching degree and skin rash area in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Self-made prescription Qingehengsan has better curative effect on sensitization dermatitis in children at earthquake distress area.
