Design to serve the people seems to have become the rule for every planning designer. However, the global energy crisis and environmental destruction have become the major concerns over the years.＂Corporate social responsibility＂ is considered as the hottest topic. Human beings begin to realize that their activities have posed threats to the nature and need to re-examine their ＂activities and behaviors＂.
