Investigation on the Scenery of Farmers' Houses in Beijing Famous Scenic Areas

北京的风景名胜区占北京市全市面积的13%,其中分布着4000个行政村,村庄民居的风貌控制一直是风景名胜区管理上的一个难点,新农村建设与风景名胜区的保护都是我们面临的迫切任务。通过对北京的风景名胜区内30余处村庄的农宅风貌调研,对其与风景名胜区的关系、历史演进和乡土特色进行综合评价。探讨风景区农宅的演变规律和原因,从政策、经济、产业、城乡关系等方面提出存在的问题,从保障农民利益和风景名胜区的保护管理要求2方面提出相关对策和建议。

Beijing famous scenic sites take about 13% land of the whole Beijing city area,with 4000 administrative villages in them.To control the scenery of village houses is a difficulty in the sicenic area management,and both the building of the new countryside and the protection of the scenic areas are the urgent targets to face.This paper evaluates the relations between the scenery of farmers＇ houses and their surroundings,the historic evolution and the local distinguished features of the scenery through the investigation on more than 30 towns and villages in Beijing famous scenic sites.The authors put forward the regulation of the scenery of farmers＇ houses,the problems and answers in terms of policy.economy.industry and relationship between city and rural areas,etc,and they proposed the strategies and suggestions from two aspects of the guarantee of farmers＇ benefits and the protection of the scenic area.
