论我国社会主义新农村建设理念与实践的统一

On the Unification of Ideas and Practices on the Socialist and New Countryside Construction in China

文章简要总结了50年来中国社会主义农村建设的经验。认为50年前,中国农村已与传统农村不同,已初具社会主义性质和采用了新的发展模式;但近50年来我国的城乡差距长期呈扩大态势,严重制约了整体经济社会的发展。受中国传统重农观念重点在稳定皇权统治和攫取农业财富、我国现代化历程的特殊历史条件、社会管理方面的现代性不强和理性化缺乏等一系列因素影响,我国农村建设理念与实践的脱节现象长期存在。今天在已具备较好经济社会基础条件下,借鉴历史经验,认真克服理念与实践脱节的痼疾,真正把社会主义新农村建设理念付诸实践,是未来社会主义新农村建设成功的关键。

Modernization is one sort of rationalization processes from some sociological theories. This article briefly summarized the experiences of rural development in China in the recent 50 years from the beginning of 19508. The author holds that rural China had been different from the traditionally rural China since the communist was in power. It had obtained the development pattern with socialist characters. However, constrained by the traditional pattern for society control and the bitter experiences for China＇s modernization in modem history, the modernity in China＇ s social control has been developed weakly, which not only has enlarged the gap between rural and urban areas continuously, but also has seriously constrained the economic-social development for China. to some extent, the rulers have clearly had in their mind the importance of healthy rural development, but they could not have right actions in practices. Today, China has become more and more stronger than before in its social and economic bases due to the successful reform, the new leaders of the country put forward again the call for the socialist and new rural construction. It is the key factor for the success of the socialist and new rural construction in futmre to keep the words up for the construction with right practices.
