PEG/PU多孔相变膜的相容性及热学性能分析

摘要 通过共混法制备了PEG/PU多孔相变膜,用DSC差示扫描量热法和热重法对其进行了测试,讨论了PEG/PU共混溶液的相容性、相变膜的相变行为以及其热学稳定性。实验结果表明,PU和PEG溶液具有较好的相容性;PEG/PU相变膜中PEG相转变存在滞后性,且热焓明显降低;随着PEG含量的增加,多孔膜的热稳定性有所提高。 The phase change material of PEG/PU with porous membrane structure is prepared by the blending method,and it is measured by DSC and TG. The compatibility of the blended PEG/PU, phase change behavior and thermal stability of phase change membrane are discussed. The result shows that there is the good compatibility of the blended PU/PEG,and there is the PEG phase transition with hysteresis in the membrane of PEG/PU with the enthalpy decreasing obviously. With the PEG content increasing, the thermal stability of porous membrane is increased.
