摘要
采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差热分析(DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)等手段研究了TiO2和ZrO2对B2O3—MgO—SiO2渣中含硼组分品化行为的影响.结果表明,TiO2和ZrO2作为晶核剂加入后,促进分相,降低了晶化活化能,有利于含硼组分以2MgO·B2O3和3MgO·B2O3析出加入TiO2改变了硼渣结构,产生更多有利于2MgO·B2O3和3MgO·B2O3析出的[B2O5]及[BO3]基团.
The crystallization behaviors of the boron component bearing B2O3-MgO-SiO2 slag with TiO2 and ZrO2 as nucleation agents ulere investigated by Xray diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and infrared ray(IR) spectrum. The results showed that TiO2 and ZrO2 decreased the activation energy of crystallization and improved the phase separation, thus make the crystalline phase 2MgO.B2O3 and 3MgO.B2O3 precipitate easily.Meanwhile, the Structure of slag was modified by addition of TiO2 and a lot of [B2O5] and [BO3] which were favorable to make the crystals of 2MgO.B2O3 and 3MgO.B2O3 precipitate were produced.
