摘要
多元化战略是企业发展到一定的规模和水平后所倾向于采取的一项战略。多元化战略的协同效应一直是理论界关注的重要课题,也是企业高层管理者十分关心的问题。要在多元化战略中更好地获取协同效应,我们应客观地评价可供多元化的资源,善于识别高回报的协同机会,选择"正确"的协同方式,实施科学的激励,创造适宜的协同组织和文化氛围。
Diversification strategy is the kind of strategy which enterprises tend to adopt when reaching a certain scale and level. The synergy effects in diversification strategy have always been an important thesis in the circle of theoreticians, and at the same time, a key problem that high-leveled managers in enterprises concern. To acquire better synergy effects, we should evaluate the resources which can provide diversification subjectly, know how th find the high-repayment choice of synergy, choose the correct synergy method, encourage scientifically and create the suitable synergy organization and culture.
