西部中小企业面临着不断增大的成本压力,发展中的成本困境日益显现。生产要素价格上涨,相对落后的经济发展方式,模糊的产权制度,内部控制制度的欠缺,国内发达地区产业结构的调整,招商引资中所存在的不足,过多的社会责任,产业集群的发展滞后等诸多因素,导致了西部中小企业的成本困境,降低了企业竞争力。

Faced with the increasing cost pressure, the cost predicament of western middle-and-small enterprises appears. There are many factors resulting in the cost predicament and decreasing the competition power of western middle-and-small enterprises, which include rising of production elements price, underdeveloped economic development method, vague property right system, lack of the inner control system, industrial structure regulation of home developed regional, shortcomings of the investment, too much social obligation and lag development of industrial cluster.
