摘要
目的了解基础训练期体能训练对战士机体的影响,为调控训练安排提供依据。方法选取武警某部队32名新训战士,平均(18.96±1.23)岁。训练日晨6:00时空腹状态及在3km跑后5min内取肘静脉血,用全血细胞分析仪进行全血细胞检测。检查主要指标为WBC,HB,RBC、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW等8项指标。结果训练日晨战士WBC、HB、RBC、HCT、MCV、RDW在参考值范围内,MCH和MCHC低于参考值下限。运动后WBC和HCT升高,MCH降低,与晨安静值比有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论应加强新训期战士身体功能状况监测,3km努力跑能够对战士机体形成较大强度的刺激,跑动后应避免安排有可能进一步过大刺激机体的训练内容。
Objective The physical function of soldiers in basic military training period was investigated to put forward correct thought on carrying out training scheme. Methods Thirty - two recruits aged ( 18.96 ± 1.23 ) years, were selected randomly. Venous blood was drawn in the morning and five minutes after 3 km running. The hematological indexes including WBC, HB, RBC, HCT, MCV,MCH,MCHC and RDW were analyzed with whole blood cytoanalyzer. Results The hematological indexes in the morning were within reference value range except that MCH and MCHC were under reference value limit. After running,the values of WBC and HCT were higher and the value of MCH lower significantly different ( P 〈 0.01 ) from the morning value. Conclusions The recruits' physical function should be monitored,3 km running stimulate the physical function strongly and the high intensity training should be avoided after running.
