摘要
在物元理论、可拓集合论和关联函数计算的基础上,利用可拓学理论的特点建立了部队信息化水平的评估模型,通过计算信息化水平的关联函数,对各评估等级的符合程度做出综合评定,把部队信息化水平的评估由定性转化为了定量。并以某海军陆战旅为例,利用建立的数学模型对该部队信息化水平进行了定量评估,评估结果表明了该方法的可应用性。
On the basis of matter-element theory, extension set theory and dependent function calculation, a comprehensive evaluation model of army information level is proposed. By calculating correlation function of information level, we comprehensively evaluated the coincident degree of each evaluation grade, and changed the qualitative evaluation method of army information level's evaluation into quantitative one. Finally, we quantitative evaluated the information level of certain marine corps by using the related mathematical model, the results show that the method is practical.
