摘要 基于MEMS加速度传感器测量倾角的原理和方法,根据火炮射击时对炮床倾角的要求,确定传感器测量精度指标,设计基于sca103t的数字式象限仪。采取实时零位校准和多级滤波等措施提高测量精确度。结合实际操作,总结利用数字式象限仪进行规正水平的方法。部队试验表明系统可提高规正炮床的速度,降低操作难度。 According to the principle and method of angle measurement by MEMS accelerometer, the requirements on the angle of artillery-bed in gun fire and the measuring accuracy index of sensor, a digital quadrant based on SCA103T is proposed. We improved the measuring accuracy by using real-time, zero calibration and multilevel filter method, while summarized the method to modify the level through digital quadrant combined with practical operation. Application experiment by troops shows that the system can increase the leveling speed of artillery-bed and reduce operation difficulties.
