旋光纯伊布利特合成工艺研究

摘要 分别采用催化还原法、转氢化法和催化氢化法三种方法对潜手性酮进行不对称还原,最后用LiAlH4对酰胺进行还原,合成了旋光纯伊布利特。产物结构通过FT-IR,1H NMR和13C NMR确证。 The optical purity Ibutilide was synthesized with three ways, including asymmetrid reduction, asymmetric transfer hydrogenation and asymmetric hydrogenation of the prochiral ketone. The structures of the target products were characterized by FT-IR, 1^H NMR and 13^C NMR.
