Chang＇an city, which witnessed the spiritual outlook and splendid culture of that period, is the homeland and spiritual garden of Tang Dynasty, with its peculiar spiritual trait and cultural taste lively prevailing in common people＇s life. This article, which examines the Changhn culture from the perspective of common peoples life and folk culture under seasonal order the rural side walking activity in spring during Shang＇yi festival, citizen entertainment gaming during Qingming Festival, the revelries in Shang＇yuan sleepless town, mountain-climbing in Double Ninth Festival, aims to present the era＇s atmosphere and spiritual charm of Tang Dynasty. It will be of great significance to the Chinese modernization construction accordingly.
