摘要
本文重点对西方发达国家战略石油储备体系的运作机制进行比较分析;提出在积极建立和完善我国石油储备体系的基础上,应特别注重对石油资源的有效控制,还要坚持走石油资源多元化、可持续发展的道路。
The paper mainly discusses operation mechanism of strategic oil reserves system in western countries. The author proposes that based on the establishment and improvement of oil reserves system in China, we should focus on the effective control of our off resources, following the road of diversification of oil resources and sustainable development.
