摘要
室温条件下,以无水柠檬酸和乙酸酐为原料乙酸为溶剂合成柠檬酸酐,用柠檬酸酐对降解壳聚糖进行N-酰化改性,经傅里叶红外表征后用于亚麻防皱。通过单因素分析探讨了柠檬酰化降解壳聚糖(N-C-JCTS)在亚麻防皱中的最佳工艺。结果表明:N-C-JCTS 0.8%,SHP 4%,175℃下焙烘3 min,整理后的织物回复角可达228°。
Under the condition of room temperature,citric acid anhydride was synthesized by citric acid(CA) and acetic anhydride with acetic acid as solvent.N-lemon acylation degradation chitosan was prepared and characterised with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,then used to crese-proof finish of linen.Throng single factor analysis experiment,the optimal process of N-lemon degradation chitosan was studied.The result showed that the optimal finishing condition for linen fabric was carried out with N-C-JCTS 0.8% , SHP 4%,baking at 175℃ for 3 min with the WAR of 228°.
