球磨PbZr_(0.52)Ti_(0.48)O_3陶瓷的拉曼光谱研究

摘要 选择了具有优良压电性能的二元系固溶体PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3(PZT)为主要研究对象,以拉曼光谱为研究手段,对球磨法制备的一系列样品进行结构研究。实验结果表明,球磨40 h制备的样品在280 cm-1附近出现一个微小的振动峰;球磨80,120 h的样品的峰形比较完整,初步判断形成了稳定的PZT相,是三方相和四方相共存。 This paper selects the binary system solid solution PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3(PZT) with excellent piezoelectric properties as the main study.It makes research on the structure of the samples made by the synthesized powders milling by means of Raman scattering.The results show that a peak at about 280 cm^-1 has been found in the milled for 40 hours.Ultra-fine phase that tetragonal and rhombohedral phases coexist can be obtained in the samples milled for 80 and 120 hours.
