摘要 为了降低位能负载对桥式起重机的有害机械冲击,提高系统的安全性和可靠性并达到节能降耗的目的,对起重机传统的绕线异步电动机拖动控制系统进行了改进,将PLC和变频器应用于桥式起重机拖动控制系统中。经多年实际应用表明,采用变频技术拖动控制系统的控制性能、可靠性及工作效率大幅度提高,且功耗小。 The dragging control system is reformed of the crane traditional coil asynchronous electric motor and the PLC and the transducer are used for the ore bridge crane dragging control system, in order to reduce harmful mechanical shock which potential energy load brings to the ore bridge crane and to enhance system safety and reliability and to realize the goal of energy saving and reducing energy consuming. It is indicated, through its being used for years, that converter technique dragging control system is adopted so that the control performance, reliability and work efficiency are enhanced, with the power consumption small.
