摘要
该文通过2660纸机的定量、水分和灰分的在线控制建立了QCS的数学模型,设计了双自由度Smith预估控制器和前馈解耦控制器。仿真和调试结果表明双自由度Smith预估器很好的解决了系统的鲁棒性和干扰问题,而前馈补偿解耦控制器也达到了理想的解耦效果。
By the basis weight, moisture and ash on-line control of 2660 paper machine, QCS the mathematical model was built, and design the dual-freedom Smith predicative controller and the feedforward undecoupling controller. Simulation and debugging results show that dual-freedom Smith can perfectly overcome the delay and stability on the system, and feedforward compensation undecoupling controller also gets the ideal undecoupling effect.
