摘要
随着生物技术的发展,生物酶在造纸工业中的应用研究不断深入,我们选用生物酶中的一种助漂木聚糖酶XBP,对木片制浆的漂白系统进行研究,结果表明木聚糖酶XBP对木片漂白有助漂作用,起到了提高纸浆白度、减少化学品用量、降低成本、提高产品质量、降低环境污染的作用。
Along with the biological technology development, the research of the biological enzyme in paper industry has been unceasingly strengthened. The xylanase XBP, a bleach-supporting biological enzyme, was used in our experiment to test its role in the blanching system. The result indicates that the xylanase XBP is helpful to in the wood chip bleaching. It can also improve the paper pulp bleaching degree, reduce the chemical amount used, lower the cost, improves the product quality and prevent the environmental pollution.
