根据相关国家规范、行业标准,结合实际生产,用Visual studio编程开发基于3G手机运行的高程测量及其信息系统软件——3G HIS。利用3G手机的GPS功能及照相、摄像功能,进行平面定位、摄像,获取高程固定点或测量线路上任意点的地理位置信息以及动、静态图像信息,从而建立高程测量多元化信息系统,并实现远程实时交流信息。

According to relevant state specifications and trade standards, as well as combined with actual application, 3G HIS, the elevation survey and information system software based on 3G mobile phone is developed by Visual Studio. The multiple functions of 3G mobile phone such as GPS, camera and video camera, are used for plane positioning, camera shooting, picking up set-elevation points, or collecting the geographical position information as well as the dynamic and static image information of any locality along the survey route, based on which a multiplex elevation survey information system is developed, permitting multimedia and visual survey as well as integrative office and field work.
