摘要
基于矿区浅部岩层的低温制冷效应,分析了金洲矿业集团金青顶矿区地温分布状况,研究了入风流与岩壁之间热湿交换过程,提出了一套利用低温岩层预冷入风流的降温系统。实验结果表明,金青顶矿区恒温带原始岩温常年保持12℃左右,垂直深度为55-65m之间的区域;利用标高为-155m以上的浅部岩层预冷入风流是可行的。
Based on the low temperature effect of shallow rocks in mining area, the distribution of ground temperatures was analyzed and the exchange process of heat and moisture between intake air and the rock wall in Jinqingding Mining Area of Jinzhou Mining Group was studied. A set of cooling system of utilizing the low temperature rock to precool the intake air was proposed. The results show that the original rock temperature is about 12 ℃ in constant temperature zone between 55 m and 65 m in depth and it is feasible to use the shallow rocks above -155 m to pre-cool intake air.
