摘要
中空玻璃微珠有增强隔热的作用,其传热性能主要与它的性能和成膜物的组成有关。分析了中空玻璃微珠在弹性隔热涂料中的填充量、涂层厚度对涂料隔热性能的影响,并与膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石、膨胀蛭石等填料进行了比较;分析了隔热原理,在傅里叶传热定律的基础上,简化传热模型。
The glass beads can increase the thermal insulation and the heat transfer capability is related with the per- formance of glass beads and the composition of the materials for forming the organic films. The results showed that the film thickness and filled quantity of the different fillers could affect the heat insulation, such as expanded perlite, sepiolite, expanded vermiculite and the effect was validated by experiment. The thermal insulation theory was ana-lyzed and the heat transfer model was simplified based on the Fourier heat transfer law.
