面向多类用户的电子政务信息协同模式研究

针对目前电子政务系统中业务协同仅能满足一类用户需求的情况,在详细分析电子政务多类用户信息需求的基础上,给出了一种在电子政务安全体系和标准体系保证下,由资源提供、数据集成、业务协同、业务表示、用户接口等部分组成的电子政务架构,采用个性化信息推荐技术实现了各类用户的信息定制和个性化推荐,并给出了在此架构下实现信息协同共享的关键技术的解决方法。该架构满足了各种用户信息需求,保障了信息的协同共享。

In view of the situation that the business cooperation in construction of e-government affairs only satisfies for needs of single-group-user, based on detailed analysis of multigroup-users＇ requirements, this paper presents an architecture of e-government affairs, which is composed of resource providing, data integration, business cooperation, business representation and user interface, etc. , under the guarantee of safety and standard systems of e-gov- ernment affairs. The technology of personal information recommendation is implemented, and the solutions of several key technologies for the cooperation and share of information are given. The architecture satisfies the requirements of all kinds of users, and assures the cooperation and share of information.
