摘要
建立了起停式曲柄飞剪机剪切力能参数的计算模型,并利用所建模型对130×130飞剪机进行计算分析。在飞剪机力能参数计算分析过程中,主要考虑电机是否能够在允许的启动角内启动、在剪切过程中能够释放足够的动能以及剪刃水平分速度是否大于等于轧件速度。传动系统的速降所释放动能提供剪切轧件所需的剪切功,根据电机起动平均力矩来确定电机功率。曲柄转速变化规律和飞轮尺寸决定传动系统所释放的动能大小。分析结果表明:可将所确定的起停式曲柄飞剪机剪切力能参数计算模型用于飞剪机剪切力能检验及同类飞剪机的设计。
The calculation model of force and energy for a crank flying shear with on-off switch was introduced. The analysis of 130×130 Flying Shear with this model has made. Whether the motor can be started in allowable angle and time, whether the drive system can release enough kinetic energy and whether the horizontal component velocity of blade is satisfied the request of shearing velocity should be considered in the process of calculation of force and energy. The shear power is provided by kinetic energy released from the drive system. The motor power is decided by motor starting moment. The change of crank's rotating speed and the size of flywheel decide the quantity of kinetic energy released from drive system. The result indicated that the calculation model is feasible for determining shearing force and energy, and designing this kind of flying shear.
