摘要
定位误差的分析和计算是《机械制造技术》教学中的重点和难点,是进行专用夹具设计必不可少的重要环节。根据理论教学及实践教学体会,深入分析了产生定位误差的原因和定位误差的性质,并结合具体的实例,对定位误差的三种计算方法进行了阐述,为正确合理计算定位误差提供了依据。
Analysis and calculation of positioning errors is a focal and difficult point in the teaching of Mechanical Manufacture Technologies and it is also a necessary step in special fixture designing. In this paper, the author gives a theoretical and empirical analysis of the causes and properties of these errors and illustrates his 3 calculation accordingly, in a bid to provide reference for the most appropriate calculation.
