摘要
以车削加工工艺参数为例,根据设计要求与特点,建立车削加工工艺参数优化设计,在保证零件的各项加工要求下,使单件加工刀具成本最小,加工时间最少。并应用Matlab软件对其进行了优化设计,并与其它优化方法求解结果进行了比较。结果表明:采用Matlab软件进行优化设计可获得最优解,从而缩短了设计周期,降低了刀具成本、提高了加工效率。
