摘要
比较了中国药典、美国药典和英国药典对维生素Ｃ注射液的药品质量标准，并对测定溶液吸光度的方法控制维生素Ｃ注射液颜色变化的合理性和可行性进行了讨论。
The colour change of vitamin C injection in storage was inspected with the spectrophotometry, and the content of the injection was assayed simultaneously. The reasonability of measuring of absorbance is discussed by analytical data and comparing it with the criteria in BP and USP.
