摘要
人才是电力企业可持续发展的基础,高层次人才的评价更是电力企业所关注的焦点。运用层次分析法理论,通过指标的综合、归类、细化,建立一套较科学合理的电力企业高层次人才评价指标体系,并将模糊证据推理理论应用到该评价标准体系中,构建高层次人才评价模型,从而为电力企业选拔高层次技术人才,或绩效考核提供一套科学可行的方法。
The talent is the foundation of the sustainable .development in power enterprises, the evaluation of high-level talents is the focus of attention by power companies. Applying analytic hierarchy process theory, by integrating, classified, reinement of indieatiors, seting up a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system of high-level talents, thus it can provide a feasible science method for the selection of high-level technnology talents and performance.
