层次分析法在锅炉生产企业原材料供应商评选中的应用

Study on the Selection and Evaluation System of the Boiler Manufacturer's Supply Enterprises Based on AHP Theory

分析了影响锅炉企业原材料供应商选择的评价指标,结合层次分析法建立了供应商评价的递阶层次结构模型,通过专家打分构造判断矩阵来计算权重,最后选出最佳供应商,通过实例验证了该评价方法的有效性和可行性。

According to the characteristics of selecting the boiler manufacturer＇s raw materials supply enterprises, this paper studied the system of evaluating suppliers , on the basis of this analyzed the supplier evaluation option, used AHP to establish the supplier evaluating model. Through expert judgment scoring to structure matrix to calculate weights, ultimately selected the best suppliers. The application of this method to select and evaluate suppliers was introduced.
