通过深入调研,探索高职人才培养模式和课程体系的构建,对实施行动引导型教学法和工作过程导向教学法中存在的问题做了系统分析,并提出行之有效的解决办法;从理论和实践两个方面分析和总结培养高等技术应用型人才的成功经验。明确提出工学交替、有机排列组合的教学安排,以及用强化训练的学生助理实践教学,可以节约大量教学资源。

By deeply research,seeking after a way to establish cultivation mode and courses system of Higher Vocational College, making a system analysis on existent problems during putting work-driven and task-oriented teaching method in practice, and bring forward effective settlements. Analyse and sum- up successful experiences of higher vocational college in theory and practice. Definitely bring forward two ways to save teaching resources largely by applying Work-study and combining teaching arrangement organically, and using students who have been hard trained being teaching assistants.
