摘要
目前,地方高校大学生就业能力培养工作存在着学生生涯规划不科学、社会实践能力不强、对就业能力培养认知不足等问题。这些问题源于就业指导工作不够深入、学生的主体作用没有发挥等原因。解决的措施为:完善就业能力培养组织体系、建设全程化的就业指导体系、加强就业指导师队伍建设和学生就业主体意识教育。
The paper attempts to study the existing issues and problems such as nonsclentific schooling plan, deficient practical skills and insufficient cognition of professional capability-building, all out of ignorance of job-seeking guidance and undergraduates' initiatives. It thus proposes that measures be taken to strengthen the work at the institutional organization, formative job-related directions, .faculty setup and education of students' subjective awareness in employment.
