终身教育思想理念自产生以后对世界有重要影响。解读其内涵,终身教育思想体现出平等和非功利性两种价值倾向。这两种价值倾向直接影响着我国的自学考试政策。作为实现终身教育政策价值目标的重要路径选择,自学考试政策需要在合理定位以及关注弱势群体两个方面进行政策改革。

Lifelong education has exerted important influence on the world. The paper tries to interpret its connation that lifelong education represents the value conception of fairness, equality and altruism which have effects on China＇s policy-making for SHEE. It proposes that SHEE should be directed to its proper status and the disadvantaged community in line with its target of value orientation.
