摘要
涉农职务犯罪已成为影响新农村建设、危害城乡统筹发展的重要因素。从当前涉农职务犯罪的现状分析其产生的原因,并提出对策建议。
Rural duty offenses have become an important factor which impacts the construction of new socialist countryside and endangers the balance urban and rural development. The current conditions of the rural duty crimes and their causes are analyzed. Some practical countermeasures are given.
