摘要
高校学生管理法治化的核心在于对高校管理权的有效限制和依法运用,实现对大学生权利的切实保障。根据法治的含义,高校学生管理法治化呈现出以下五个特征:一是管理理念融入"权利本位"的法治精髓;二是管理规定兼顾合法性与合理性的标准;三是管理行为严格正当程序;四是管理目的体现公益性初衷;五是管理对象权利救济的真正实现。
The core of management of college students by law lies in limiting effectively the power of administration ,for the realization of effective protection of the rights of college students. According to the meaning of the rule of law, management of college students by law showed the following five characteristics ： first, ＂the right - based＂ ideal; secondly, the requirements of managemeat take into account of both legitimacy and rationality; thirdly, due process; fourthly, reflecting the public interest purpose; fifthly,realization of the right remedy.
