Higher Educational Resource-Sharing Project to Boost Coordinative Development of Chongqing Urban-Rural Area

分析资源对城乡统筹的重要作用、重庆城乡统筹面临资源短缺和不平衡的现实状况,以及重庆高等教育的资源优势,提出实施智力转化工程、人力资源开发工程、产学研联姻工程、校际整合工程、共享保障工程是促进重庆城乡统筹的有效途径。

The importance of the resources for coordinative development of urban-rural area, resource shortage and unbalance which confront coordinative development of Chongqing urban-rural area, the resource superiority of Chongqing higher education are analyzed. The effective ways to promote coordinative development of Chongqing urban-rural area,the intelligence transformation project, the human resources development engineering, the integration project of studies, research and manufacturing, interschool conformity project and sharing-ensuring project are suggested.
