摘要
收集了中国83个单位测定的6 546例健康成年人潮气量正常参考值,应用SPSS统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与8项地理因素指标的关系,为制定中国成年人潮气量正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.结果发现成年人潮气量正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=16.74,P=0.000<0.01),用向后回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y^=773.85-0.1210X7±33.25.在以上的回归方程中,Y^是成年人潮气量正常参考值(m l),X7年降水量(mm),33.25是剩余标准差的值.由此得到结论:如果知道了中国某地的地理因素值,就可以用回归方法估算这个地区的成年人潮气量正常参考值,依据成年人潮气量与地理环境的依赖关系把中国分为8个区.
This paper aims at supplying a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of Tidal Volume (VT) of Chinese adults. The research is made about relationship between the normal reference value of 6546 examples of Tidal Volume (VT) of Chinese adults and eight geographical factors in 83 areas in China. As a result, it is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of Tidal Volume (VT) of Chinese adults are quite significant (F = 16.736, P =0.000 〈0.01 ). Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation is inferred: Y =773.85 -0. 1210X7 ±33.25 In the above equation, Y is the normal reference value of Tidal Volume (VT) of Chinese adults (ml) ; X7 is the annual precipitation amount (mm) ; 33.25 is the value of the residual standard deviations. Consequently, If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Tidal Volume (VT) of Chinese adults of this area can be reckoned by using the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of Tidal Volume (VT) of Chinese adults, China can be divided into eight regions.
