摘要 运动性贫血是竞技体育中从事高强度训练运动员中的一种常见症状,严重影响着运动员的身体发育和健康,制约着运动成绩的发挥.其发生机理中运动引起红细胞的结构与功能的改变是运动性贫血发生的重要因素之一.以近年来的研究进展,从红细胞膜的结构和红细胞的变形性两方面进行综述,旨在探讨运动性贫血的发生机理,为科学防治提供理论依据. Exercise-induced anemia is engaged in competitive sports in high - intensity training athletes in a common symptom, which has seriously affected the athletes physical development and health, restricted the performance of the player. Its mechanism of red blood cells caused by movement in the structure and function of the campaign is to change anemia occurred in one of the important factors. Based on study in recent years, further discussion is from the red cell membrane structure and the red blood cell deformability in order to probe into the mechanism of exercise - induced anemia , which provides theoretical basis for the scientific prevention and treatment.
