摘要
从创新型人才具备的素质出发,结合创新型人才在我国发展中存在的问题,结合当前我国人才管理方面的缺陷,阐明了如何进一步培养适合团队的创新型人才,最终给予了相关的建议和意见。
With the development of network and rapid growth of on- line shopping market, many corporations have been dipping its toes in online sales and there is no exception in cosmetics industry. The extension of the network marketing channels brings opporttmities for cosmetics industry and meanwhile it destroys the traditional channels inevitably. This text analyses the current situation of the cosmetics network marketing and proposes some integrated countermeasures of the network channels and traditional channels.
