摘要
针对莱钢炼钢厂5#连铸机性能较为落后,产能较低,特别是不能满足优钢生产的现状,炼钢厂对连铸机大包加盖装置、中间包塞棒控制、二冷段冷却系统、二冷段侧导向系统等进行了适应性优化改造,从整体上提升铸机性能,使该连铸机具备了生产高质量优钢的设备条件,取得了最佳的经济效益。
No.5 Caster performance of the Steel Mill of Laiwu Iron & Steel Co. was poor and capacity was low, especially it could not meet the needs of production of high- quality steel. The Steel Mill conducted adaptability optimization reconstruction on the follow- ing: caster' s capping device of big ladle, stopper control of medium ladle, cooling system of secondary cooling stage and side orientation system of secondary cooling stage. The caster performance was improved entirety and the caster met the needs of production of high-quality steel. Optimum economic benefits were achieved.
